Growing
up
in
the
Midwest
as
a
minority
and
raised
with
post
Korean
War
sentiments
:
navigating
spaces
where
I
wasn't
fully
seen,
taking
great
care
of
what
little
I
have,
and
being
hella
resourceful
to
supplement
for
the
things
I
don't
:
empathy,
care,
and
creativity
have
acutely
guided
my
approach
to
design
and
life.
By
understanding
my
family
and
the
experiences
of
those
around
me,
I
find
my
greatest
joy
is
in
lifting
others
up.
Other
joys
include
backpacking,
climbing,
saunas
&
hot
springs,
and
craft
so
clean
you
can
eat
off
it.
